Unfortunately many times they fail to also focus on the healthy thing to do, which is working on the culture of the organization. Building a collaborative culture requires paying attention to both smart & healthy goals.

“Culture eats strategy for breakfast” is a famous quote from management consultant Peter Drucker. To be clear he didn’t mean that strategy was unimportant – rather that a powerful and empowering culture was a surer route to organizational success.
